Rebecca Paige Radge is a graduate of Oakland University with a degree in Integrative Studies. After completing YWAM’s Discipleship Training School in New Zealand, she followed her dream of working with impoverished children by ministering to kids in Africa. As a member of YWAM’s leadership team, she led a group of missionaries through South East Asia. She currently resides in Lake Orion, Michigan, where she is employed by JPMorgan Chase and actively works with The Dream Project’s day-to-day operations.

Born and raised in New South Wales, Australia, Nicole has always been drawn to helping others. Over the years Nicole has volunteered at soup kitchens in Sydney, and at a community aged care facility organizing social activities and providing companionship to the elderly. With a background in Human Resources, she followed her heart and moved to Michigan in July 2010 and married her first love. She began volunteering with the Detroit Rescue Missions Ministries (DRMM) and came across The Dream Project one day while watching a Christian channel. Julia Malacusky, the Co-Founder, was passionately discussing the efforts of the organization and the positive impact it has made to the lives of impoverished children and the local community. Wishing to get involved, she immediately looked at the website only to realize it was based merely 25 minutes away. She began volunteering with administration tasks and currently looks after Public Relations activities.
Nicole's ultimate dream has always been to volunteer in Africa so she hopes to one day visit Mozambique and meet the lovely children and youth she has heard so much about.
